i'm in a snarling mood, not exactly a nasty angry disposition but i just feel like snapping. so, don't pat me on my back if you'll like to keep your fingers.
maybe it's this diet that i have been for the whole week which is causing me to loose my grip on sanity.
or maybe it's the fact that the weighing scale went the wrong way this morning after i pigged out on what i thought would be a protein diet last night.
perhaps i have been doing too long without a cup of coffee....
maybe a break from the routine is what i need.
whatever.

Quit your diet. No use. Cut down the quantity of food and exercise regularly is the way to keep fit. Don't just lying on bed and watching TV.
dear why: yes, have changed tactic of diet. will go the exercise and eat less way....until i faint from exhaustion and malnutrition. but no tv watching?!!! what's the point of living slim then? *fainted*

don anyhow atkins hor.. you read the news on the woman who almost died because of excessive protein by products in her system?
The idea is to eat, and then exercise VIGOROUSLY!

dear poohbearee: it used to bring about very good results previously. this time perhaps i wasn't sticking to it 100% so it didn't quite work. but yes, i'm going back to the traditional balanced diet and exercise routine. 1 more, 2 more......:-D
dear monty: i usually stick to the routine for 2 weeks at a time and then give a long break in between. so, not much problem there. and i've had medical check after doing atkins and it didn't cause any damage. but you're right. i really shld go for the healthier alternative. i'm doing spring cleaning....in the autumn, or rather summer since it's summer all yr round :-D
dear kw: tell me about it. yesterday there was a whole buffet feast of food!!! and i had to pick and eat carefully. sigh! if only i were part of those 25% people with a or b blood group which will never grow an inch of fat whatever i put into my mouth.
