me: is your name lim gongkok?

him: huh?

me: is your name lim gongkok?

him: no.......

me: oh. i thought my name was mrs lim gongkok

me: We are just trying to go along with your topic of the day "barely sane". How do you like my laughing? call 1800-GILAGILA

me said...

dear lm: come join me in this padded room for a while *grins*. you have to wear their standard white coat though....hmmm, i can't quite figure out why the sleeves are sooooo long :-)

oh btw, the way your hubby replies with all the 'what?', 'huh?'..etc, means he isn't paying attention to what you say.

me said...

dear lm: really ah? haiyah! used to it already. make no difference liao. last time, if liddat sure world war 3. now, just roll my eyes and move on. his hearing not very good lah, i think it's just selective listening :-)

Las montañas said...

Its not really selective listening. As a man ages, he needs multi-media communication. Just voice alone won't do the job! C'mon you should know what I'm toking about.

i just noticed something that might fit into ur topic of the day...how come "ah pek's wind" links to tok3tok4? hehehheehh...

I dun get it lar??? lol You just realized u married wrong man?? :-P

me said...

dear lm: multimedia - as in sight; wear some transparent negligee and strip tease show ah? this is only in a man's dream lah. ignore a woman and still get such good treatment ah, in their dreams lah. the other aspect of multimedia will be more likely; touch - as in clobber clobber. hahahahaha.

dear sooi2: heehee. it was cut and paste in the template. i realised the mistake but was too lazy to rectify it. better go and change it quickly before ah pek i sabotaging his links. :-)

dear helen: no lah. i definitely married the right man (heyyyyy, he could be reading this man. must be careful what i say. heehee) just talking nonsense. sometimes got to do that to see if they are paying attention :-)

HAHAHA! You gave your hubby a pseudo name based on a mentally-impaired phallus? Rolls on floor laughing!

me said...

dear ian: rofl. wha???????? is that what it's supposed to be? are you sure? no way, man. i knew the 'kok' part was too good for you to pass on but it sounds melodic mah. mentally impaired? ian, ian. you are the only one who came up with that lah. where do you get it from? *shaking head*

may said...

ermmm... a lollipop to cure your barely sane-ness?

me said...

dear ah pek: ah pek, ah pek. you are even crazier than me. shld be mr & mrs lim siao lan since i used the word 'gong'.....hey, that sounds pretty like my relative's name. hahahahaha :-)

dear may: sugar gives me a high,....and hence, even more insane.

dear ian: oh, sorry. i missed ah pek's comment earlier. you got the idea from him. you guys analyse too much lah. what was meant to be just pure nonsense can have so many different types of comment. sheesh! imaginative lot, aren't we?

the problem is not with our hearing. it is the wive's habit of saying things without having eye contact with us. and cos women talk 10x more than men, we always think that missing a sentence here and there is ok.... unless the conversation starts with " dear, i have something to tell you but must promise not to get angry..."

lickoholic said...

It was a WICKED thing that you did.

me said...

dear wuching: it's ok. i also blur blur, so nevermind lah.

dear sengkor: it's the both of us, i think. you going 'me', 'me' and 'me' also making my ears ringing :-)

dear lm: trying to condemn my comment box now ah? heehee. you making sengkor and me very confused lah. tmr he got no feeling, cos tmr (which was yesterday), i no write post mah. now i'm making all of us confused :-p

dear fei: fei, i've got something to tell you but you must promise not to get angry, ok?..........now that i've got your attention, ermmmm.....nothing. heehee :-p

dear licky: :-o huh? talking nonsense to hubby is wicked? errrrr....okayyyyyyy. sudah makan medicine tak?

Las montañas said...

fei: the 'promise' part does not always work.

me said...

dear lm: do you mean that it doesn't always get attention, or it doesn't always get forgiveness?

btw, you banyak free ah? how come you are always on line ah? ooooppss, hee hee, i also have to be always online to notice that :-p
