disagree... i think singapore's IRAS is much much better than MIRB... u just have not dealt with them often enough.
dear wuchy: more like i'm having dealings with both departments.
dear atchoo: once is enough to tell. either it is good or bad, no 3 out of 5 chances. i get passed around like a limp doll, nobody knows anything, the line was cut, the waiting was long, the red tape horendous. dealings with mirb was much more pleasant and straight to the point.
