seriously. this year i have to learn to shut up and butt out. like i will ever learn that. sigh. sometimes doing nothing is the best way to handle a situation.
however, i think, human instinct is to be pro-active, to correct the 'wrong', to do something about it. i'm sure you get plenty of old people frowning at you when you refuse to give them antibitiocs, insisting perhaps that nature will take its course in mending the cold.
it's easy for a fool to do nothing but it takes a lot for a thinking person to be immobile. i shall attempt to learn that with my mistakes along the way.
